Established a cafe and fudge making business in Woodend in 2000. Have participated in many food festivals, farmer’s markets, supply to cafes, have a core popular flavour list, there are up to forty flavours possible, but I am open to special orders. Have done bonbonnieres for weddings, corporate gifts, sent fudge gifts o/s and interstate.
